  • Do prices vary depending on the day?

    Yes, prices during peak days which are Thursday/Friday/Saturday are different from prices during Off peak days, which are Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday.

  • What is an RFID wristband?

    RFID stands for radio-frequency identification, a chip that holds your ticket entry & credit.

  • What is a top-up booth?

    A top-up booth is a physical booth located in the park. Its purpose is to help you recharge your wristband credit.

  • What is a ticketing office?

    A ticketing office is a physical place located at the entrance of the park. Its purpose is to help you purchase your ticket to Lusail Winter Wonderland.

  • What if I lose my wristband or it gets damaged?

    In case your wristband gets lost, stolen or damaged, you can get a replacement for a small fee of QAR 10 at our main top-up booth located inside the park. If this is the case, your virtual wallet and the money and/or products you have, will be transferred to your new wristband if details required to trace your account are provided.

  • What if I have money left on my wristband after my visit to Lusail Winter Wonderland?

    Any money left on your wristband after your visit can be re-used during your next visit.

  • How much do tickets cost and where can I purchase?

    Entry wristbands starts at 156 QAR entry + 2 rides, Unlimited rides entry starts at 222 QAR. For the full price list please click here.

  • How can I purchase tickets for rides & attractions?

    Simply use your contactless wristband at the ride or attraction entrance.

  • Do you offer discounts for large groups?

    Please contact customerservice@lusailwinterwonderland.com for more information.

  • Do you charge a transaction fee?

    Standard charges apply.

  • Can I use my wristband for another re-entry day?

    Yes. If you are planning on revisiting Lusail Winter Wonderland, you can use your old wristband & its credits, but you will have to purchase a new ticket.

  • Can I transfer my credits to someone else’s wristband?

    No, your wristband credits are not transferable.

  • Can I return to Lusail Winter Wonderland on another day with my entrance wristband?

    Unfortunately, not. Your entrance ticket will only be valid for the day of purchase.

  • Can I leave Lusail Winter Wonderland, and re-enter within the same session?

    Guests are not allowed to leave Lusail Winter Wonderland and come re-enter within the same session.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange my entry wristband?

    Unfortunately, entry wristbands are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Can 2 or more wristbands be used together for one transaction onsite?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept partial payments from 2 wristbands.

  • Are there discounted rates for children?
